🧺 Ingredients:
- Bread slices – 4 (white or brown)
- Fresh malai (cream) – ½ cup
(You can use fresh milk cream or store-bought fresh cream) - Powdered sugar – 2 to 3 tbsp (adjust to taste)
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Chopped nuts (cashew, almond, pista) – optional
- Raisins – optional
👩🍳 Method (No Fire):
- Remove the edges of the bread slices.
- Cut each slice into triangles or small squares.
- In a bowl, add malai, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder.
- Mix well using a spoon until creamy and smooth.
- Add chopped nuts and raisins if using.
- Spread this malai mixture generously over the bread pieces.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes so the bread absorbs the malai.
- Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes for a better taste.
✨ Tips:
- If malai is thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk to soften it.
- For kids, you can add a little chocolate powder or honey.
- Best eaten fresh.
