๐Ÿง† Quick Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe (Healthy & Tasty!)

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves (blanched)
  • 1/2 cup green peas (boiled)
  • 1 boiled potato (medium-sized)
  • 1โ€“2 green chilies (optional, for spice)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp besan (gram flour) or bread crumbs (for binding)
  • 1 tsp oil (for shallow frying)

  1. Blanch & Cool Spinach: Boil spinach leaves for 1โ€“2 minutes, then drain and dunk in cold water to retain green color.
  2. Grind the Mix: In a blender, add spinach, peas, chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Pulse into a coarse mixture (donโ€™t over-grind).
  3. Mash & Mix: In a bowl, mash the boiled potato and combine it with the spinach-pea mixture. Add coriander, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and besan.
  4. Shape Kebabs: Mix well and form small tikkis/patties.
  5. Shallow Fry: Heat a non-stick pan, brush a little oil, and cook kebabs till golden on both sides.
