Ingredients (1 serving)
- Sattu powder – 2 tbsp
- Water – 1 glass (250 ml, chilled or room temp)
- Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder – ¼ tsp
- Pink salt / rock salt – a pinch
- Optional for muscle recovery boost: ½ tsp soaked chia seeds or 1 tsp jaggery (if you need quick energy)
Method
- In a glass, mix sattu powder with a little water first to make a smooth paste (prevents lumps).
- Add the rest of the water and stir well.
- Mix in lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, and pink salt.
- If having post-workout, you can add chia seeds or jaggery for extra minerals and energy.
- Serve immediately.
