Samsung is launching the next-gen Galaxy Z Flip 7 at its Galaxy Unpacked event this evening (July 9). Leaks indicate a sleeker hinge, a smoother fold crease, and larger screens—approximately 6.85″ main display and 4″ cover screen—offered in bold shades like Coral Red and Green Mint. Under the hood, the device is expected to ship with either the Exynos 2500 or Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with 12 GB RAM and up to 512 GB storage. A 4,300 mAh battery could offer up to 31 hrs of video playback.
Notably, Samsung’s new ProVisual Engine—an AI-powered camera suite—is expected to enhance photo and video quality dramatically. With rumors of the Flip 7 launching close to the Flip 6’s price point, it promises powerful foldable innovation without breaking the bank.
