Ola has launched Kruti, an intelligent multilingual chatbot supporting 13 Indian languages, unveiled on June 12, 2025. Powered by a 12 billion parameter LLM plus integrated speech and reasoning modules, the bot offers personalized voice/text interactions, optimized for bandwidth and mobile use.
Initially embedded in the Ola ecosystem, Kruti can now execute tasks across ride-hailing, food delivery, and more—connecting with platforms like Swiggy, Blinkit, and Uber soon. Built for India’s diverse linguistic landscape, it’s AI designed for local realities and inclusivity.
