  • Fresh spinach leaves – 1 cup (washed and chopped)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (crushed)
  • Onion – 1 small (chopped)
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as needed
  • Water or vegetable stock – 2 cups
  • Ghee or oil – 1 tsp
  • Optional: 1 tbsp cream or ¼ cup milk (for creaminess)

👩‍🍳 Preparation Method:

  1. Sauté: Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Sauté until soft.
  2. Add Spinach: Add chopped spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  3. Add Water/Stock: Pour in the water or stock. Let it boil for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Blend: Once cooled slightly, blend the mixture into a smooth puree.
  5. Simmer Again: Return to the pan. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
