🫐 Healthy Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana (ripe, for natural sweetness)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened, for protein & creaminess)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (for fiber & omega-3s)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, if extra sweetness is needed)
  • A few ice cubes (if using fresh berries)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding a little honey if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a few extra blueberries or chia seeds on top, and enjoy!

🌿 Tips & Variations:
