📝 Ingredients:
- 1 cup sattu flour (roasted Bengal gram flour)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds) β aids digestion
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
- Water to make a batter
- Ghee or oil for cooking (preferably cold-pressed)

- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
- Gradually add water to make a smooth, pourable batter (like dosa batter).
- Heat a non-stick or iron tawa. Grease lightly with oil/ghee.
- Pour a ladle of batter and spread it like a pancake.
- Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
