🍞🥛 No-Fire Bread Malai – Instant Sweet Treat at Home 😋✨

🧺 Ingredients:

  • Bread slices – 4 (white or brown)
  • Fresh malai (cream) – ½ cup
    (You can use fresh milk cream or store-bought fresh cream)
  • Powdered sugar – 2 to 3 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Chopped nuts (cashew, almond, pista) – optional
  • Raisins – optional

👩‍🍳 Method (No Fire):

  1. Remove the edges of the bread slices.
  2. Cut each slice into triangles or small squares.
  3. In a bowl, add malai, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder.
  4. Mix well using a spoon until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add chopped nuts and raisins if using.
  6. Spread this malai mixture generously over the bread pieces.
  7. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes so the bread absorbs the malai.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes for a better taste.

✨ Tips:

  • If malai is thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk to soften it.
  • For kids, you can add a little chocolate powder or honey.
  • Best eaten fresh.
