🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 2 tbsp roasted besan (gram flour) or breadcrumbs
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Bread crumbs for coating
- Oil for shallow frying
👩🍳 Method:
- Boil peas, drain well and mash coarsely.
- In a bowl, mix peas, potatoes, spices, green chilli, ginger-garlic, coriander, and besan.
- Shape into small kebabs or patties.
- Coat lightly with breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry on medium flame till golden and crisp on both sides.
