Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Sattu powder – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 1 glass (250 ml, chilled or room temp)
  • Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – ¼ tsp
  • Pink salt / rock salt – a pinch
  • Optional for muscle recovery boost: ½ tsp soaked chia seeds or 1 tsp jaggery (if you need quick energy)

Method

  1. In a glass, mix sattu powder with a little water first to make a smooth paste (prevents lumps).
  2. Add the rest of the water and stir well.
  3. Mix in lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, and pink salt.
  4. If having post-workout, you can add chia seeds or jaggery for extra minerals and energy.
