📝 Ingredients:

  • Besan (Gram flour) – 1 cup
  • Garlic – 4–5 cloves, crushed
  • Ginger – 1 tsp finely chopped
  • Curry leaves – a few
  • Green chilies – 2, chopped
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – for deep frying
  • Water – to mix the batter
  • Chili powder / Pepper powder – ½ tsp

👩🏻‍🍳 Preparation Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add besan, salt, ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, and chili/pepper powder.
  2. Gradually add water and mix into a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Take small portions of batter and drop them into the hot oil.
  4. Fry on medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Once done, drain excess oil using tissue paper.
