⚠️ Why Is It Increasing in Youth?

  1. 💧 Low water intake / dehydration
  2. 🍔 High intake of salty, processed, and fast food
  3. 🥤 Sugary drinks and sodas (especially cola-based)
  4. 🛋️ Sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise
  5. 🧬 Family history or genetic predisposition

🚨 Common Symptoms to Watch Out For:

  • 🔥 Severe lower back or abdominal pain (sharp and sudden)
  • 🩸 Blood in urine (pink/red-colored urine)
  • 🌡️ Frequent or painful urination
  • 🤢 Nausea or vomiting
  • ❄️ Chills and fever (if infection is present)
  • 😓 Feeling restless or unable to sit still during pain attacks

☑️ In some cases, there may be no symptoms until the stone moves into the ureter (the tube connecting kidney and bladder).
