- Ghee for greasing
Method:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Grease muffin moulds with ghee.
- Fill with sabudana mixture and lightly press.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until firm.
- Serve warm with curd.

Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes (boiled and cubed)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
