A free awareness training camp is being organised on 27th November, Wednesday. A notification by the Tamil Nadu Entrepreneurs Development and Innovation Institute mentions:
The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, E. Palaniswamy, has announced various programmes/schemes for the development of mini, small, micro, and medium industries.
As a part of this, in order to identify the budding entrepreneurs, a special free awareness camp is being organised on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Entrepreneurs Development and Innovation Institute at 9.30 AM on Wednesday, 27th November.
Individuals (both men and women) above 18 years of age interested in starting their own enterprises, skilled individuals with the flair for industry-related work, and men/women who have undergone industrial training can participate in this free camp.
In the 1st Phase, details such as the prospects/benefits of starting an enterprise, selecting the field of industry, the financial assistance offered by the government and other financial agencies for starting an enterprise, etc., will be explained.
At the end of the 1st Phase, the names of the candidates interested in starting an enterprise will be chosen and they will be invited to attend the 2nd Phase of the camp.
In the 2nd Phase, training on details of preparing the plans for the enterprise, entrepreneur development training, and skill development training will be given. Suggestions will be given for getting the required financial assistance.
As the district industrial centres are also joining in this programme, the details of the government schemes and the procedure to avail them will be explained in detail.
