Ingredients:
- 1 Cup grated cheese
- 1/2 Cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 Cup boiled corn
- 1/4 Cup chopped capsicum
- 1/4 Cup chopped coriandar
- 2 Tbsp arrowroot flour
- 1 Tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 Cup Maida
- 1/4 Cup arrowroot flour
- Bread crumps
- Oil for frying
Ready To Cook Step By Step :-
- Take grated cheese in a bowl and add boiled potatoes, boiled corn, chopped capsicum and chopped coriander.
- Afterwards in that add arrowroot flour, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, oregano and salt to taste. Mix everything well. Keep this mixture for 20 mins in the freeze.
- In a bowl take Maida flour and arrowroot flour and add some water and make medium thick slurry.
- From the mixture kept in the freeze make medium size balls. Dip these balls first into bread crumps and then into the ready slurry. Again dip it into the bread crumps and the slurry and keep it in the freeze.
- Heart oil for frying and fry the ready balls. Fry till the colour turns light golden. Afterwards take it out from the oil and sprinkle cheese and poor it into a stick and serve it with tomato sauce.
