📍 Location & Accessibility
Situated at the eastern end of Kalaignar Centenary Park on Cathedral Road, the Super Tree is expected to be inaugurated early next year. The park, developed after the state government’s reclamation of ₹1,000 crore worth of land from the Agri Horticultural Society in 2023, currently attracts about 500 daily visitors.
This ambitious project by the Tamil Nadu Horticultural Development Agency (TANHODA) aims to blend modern architecture with sustainable practices, offering Chennaiites and tourists a unique experience reminiscent of Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay.
