- Technical Non-Executive Trainee (TNE or TNXT): 125 posts, ITI/Diploma in relevant trades such as Electrical, Mechanical, and Welder recognized by Government/NCTVT/AICTE.

Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) with 120 MCQs; 40 on General Aptitude, 80 on Subject Knowledge.
- Document Verification and Medical Fitness after passing CBT.
Salary
- Pay range: Rs. 22,700 to Rs. 50,000 during training
- Post training, absorption in regular posts with higher pay as per OHPC norms.
