Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Below 28 years as of 31.10.2025
- Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics, IT, Computer Science or MCA with at least 60% marks
Application Process
- Applications are accepted online only from 15th November to 30th November 2025
- Candidates must upload necessary documents like photograph, signature, educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), and other relevant certificates
Selection Process
- The selection consists of three stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 120 questions, 120 marks with 120 minutes duration
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview
- Candidates must meet the qualifying percentile in CBT to proceed to GD (40 for UR, 35 for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Final selection is based on combined weighted scores of CBT, GD, and Interview
- Shortlisting ratios: 1:10 for GD and 1:5 for Interview
Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-1 grade)
- Approximate CTC: ₹14.50 lakh per annum during training
- After successful completion of 1-year training, absorption as Assistant Manager at E1 grade pay scale.
- Other benefits include DA, HRA, medical facilities, leave encashment, provident fund, gratuity, and other allowances
- A service bond of ₹1,00,000 for 5 years of service is applicable
