Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, EEE or related fields from a recognized university OR
- M.Sc. in Electronics or Physics with Electronics OR
- MCA in relevant disciplines
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years (age relaxations applicable as per government norms)
- GATE Score: Valid GATE score from sessions 2023, 2024, or 2025 in Computer Science (CS) or Electronics & Communication (EC) is mandatory for shortlisting candidates
- Nationality: Indian citizen
Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale: Level 7 pay matrix – ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month
- Grade pay: ₹4,600
- Additional allowances include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and Special Security Allowance (20% of basic pay)

Selection Process
- Candidates are shortlisted for the Skill Test primarily based on their valid GATE scores (750 marks allocated for GATE score out of total 1175 marks)
- Skill Test: 250 marks
- Interview: 175 marks
- Final selection is based on the combined score of GATE, Skill Test, and Interview
- Document verification and medical fitness test are also mandatory at the final stage
