- Eligibility: ITI, Degree, Diploma, LLB, Master Degree, MBA/PGDM (role-specific)
- Stipend: ₹50,000/month during training; regularization as Assistant Manager (E-3 Grade) after training
- Selection: Computer-Based Test (120 questions, 2 hours, 0.25 negative marking) + document verification
