📝 Ingredients:
- 1 cup yellow moong dal (soaked 4 hrs & coarsely ground)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- Green chilies (finely chopped)
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Lemon juice
- Chaat masala
- Roasted cumin powder
- Red chili powder
- Tamarind chutney & green chutney
👩🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Mix ground dal with salt and deep fry small fritters till golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Crush slightly and place in a serving bowl.
3️⃣ Add onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
4️⃣ Drizzle lemon juice, green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
5️⃣ Toss gently and serve immediately.
