🛒 Ingredients:
- Taco shells / tortillas – 6
- Paneer (cubed) – 200 g
- Onion (sliced) – 1
- Capsicum (sliced) – ½ cup
- Tomato (chopped) – 1
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil / butter – 1 tbsp
- Grated cheese – optional
- Mayonnaise / mint chutney / sour cream – for topping
- Lettuce / cabbage – for crunch
👩🍳 Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, onions, and capsicum. Sauté till soft.
- Add paneer, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Toss well and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Warm taco shells or tortillas. Fill with paneer mixture.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and drizzle mayo or chutney.
- Serve hot and enjoy crispy homemade paneer tacos 🌮😋
