Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup curd (plain yogurt, preferably chilled)
- ½ cup cold water or milk (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1–2 tsp honey or jaggery powder (optional, for sweetness)
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- A pinch of salt (optional)
- Few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Add banana slices, curd, water/milk, honey/jaggery, and cardamom powder to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a glass, top with ice cubes or a sprinkle of cardamom powder or chopped nuts (optional).
- Serve immediately chilled.
