Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup curd (plain yogurt, preferably chilled)
  • ½ cup cold water or milk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or jaggery powder (optional, for sweetness)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • Few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add banana slices, curd, water/milk, honey/jaggery, and cardamom powder to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass, top with ice cubes or a sprinkle of cardamom powder or chopped nuts (optional).
  5. Serve immediately chilled.

💡 Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • Avoid adding sugar if you’re diabetic—stick to stevia or just skip sweetener.
  • For a South Indian twist, add a pinch of dry ginger powder or tulsi leaves while blending (optional and Ayurvedic!).
