Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi) – soaked overnight
- 1 teaspoon green tea leaves (or a tea bag)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Honey (optional, for taste)
Preparation:
- Boil 1 cup of water in a pan.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and fenugreek seeds. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add green tea leaves. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- If needed, add honey (avoid if you have high sugar levels).
