Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi) – soaked overnight
  • 1 teaspoon green tea leaves (or a tea bag)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Honey (optional, for taste)

Preparation:

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a pan.
  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and fenugreek seeds. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and add green tea leaves. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  6. If needed, add honey (avoid if you have high sugar levels).

Best Time to Drink:

  • Morning – On an empty stomach for weight loss.
  • Evening – Before dinner for diabetes control.
