Ingredients:

½ ripe avocado (scooped)
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
5-6 almonds (soaked overnight for better digestion)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation Steps:

Prepare the ingredients – Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
Blend – In a blender, add the avocado, almond milk, honey (if using), almonds, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth – Process for about 30-40 seconds until creamy and well-mixed.
Adjust consistency – If too thick, add a little more almond milk or water and blend again.
Serve & enjoy – Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy your nutritious smoothie!
