1 small Onion (finely chopped)

1 small Boiled Potato (mashed)
ΒΌ tsp Chaat Masala
ΒΌ tsp Red Chili Powder (optional)
1 tbsp Grated Cheese (optional)
1 tbsp Sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
1 tbsp Butter or Ghee
