Recently, CBSE class 12 board examinations have been postponed in India due to the Corona virus issue. It is now revealed that state government of TN might also follow what CBSE has done for the students regarding board examinations.
It is well known that in TN class 10 students would be writing their board examinations from 27th March to 13th April. The latest news is directorate of examinations has been considering postponing class 10 board examinations for the safety of the students due to Corona virus problem.
Important information collected is teachers might get the option of doing all the school related works from their comfort of their homes. Previously, the teachers were asked to come to the school compulsorily for doing their work is known.
At present in TN, students belonging to the classes 11 and 12 are busy writing their board examinations. It has been pointed out by a senior official belonging to the school education department that there were some discussions between the minister and other high level authorities regarding rescheduling of the going annual examinations for classes 11 and 12.
The senior official then explained about how the current situation has been monitored due to the threat of Corona virus and how the school education department would soon take a decision regarding conducting board examinations. The board examinations for the students of class 10 in TN would be conducted as per the schedule only when the present situation gets diluted in this week. This was also confirmed by the official.
