Selection Process

• Two-stage process:
  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):
     • Focus on technical subjects and aptitude
     • Weightage: 85 marks
  2. Personal Interview:
     • Weightage: 15 marks
     • Candidates shortlisted based on CBT scores will be called for interview
• Final selection based on combined scores of CBT and Interview
