Ingredients:

Almonds – ½ cup (boosts brain function)

Fox Nuts (Makhana) – ¼ cup (improves concentration)
Pumpkin Seeds – 2 tbsp (high in magnesium & zinc)
Flaxseeds – 2 tbsp (brain-boosting Omega-3)
Jaggery – ½ cup (natural energy booster)
Ghee – 3 tbsp (nourishes the brain)

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Roast Nuts & Seeds:
