✔️ 1 tbsp oil or butter 🧈
✔️ 1 cup chopped onions 🧅
✔️ 2 tbsp melon seeds (magaz) or poppy seeds 🌱
✔️ ½ cup milk or curd 🥛
✔️ 1 tbsp besan (gram flour) 🌾
✔️ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 🧄
