📝 Ingredients:

  • 10 mini idlis (or 3-4 regular idlis cut into pieces)
  • 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) 🧈
  • 2–3 tbsp idli podi (a.k.a gunpowder spice mix) 🌶️
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional for flavor boost)
  • Fresh curry leaves (optional) 🍃
  • Mustard seeds (optional, for tempering)
  • Salt – only if your podi isn’t salted

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

Step 1: Prepare the Idlis

  • Use leftover or freshly made idlis.
  • Cut regular idlis into bite-sized cubes (if not using mini idlis).
  • Optionally, you can pan-fry them with a few drops of oil for a crispy edge. 🍥

Step 2: Heat the Ghee

  • In a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee over low-medium flame.
