Venture capital firm Nexus Venture Partners has divested a 4.63% stake in India Shelter Finance Corporation through open market transactions, raising approximately ₹425 crore in the process . The shares were offloaded in the price band of ₹850.85–₹850.88, reducing Nexus’s holding in the housing finance company from around 15.25% to 10.62% . The bulk deal also featured Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund increasing its exposure to India Shelter by acquiring a 4.19% stake worth about ₹385 crore
