🌿 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds (dhania)
  • 1 tbsp black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 tsp regular salt
  • 1 tbsp dried mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (kali mirch)
  • 1 tsp dry ginger powder (saunth)
  • 1 tsp asafoetida (hing) – optional
  • 1 tsp red chili powder – optional

🪄 5 Easy Steps:

1. Roast the Seeds 🌰

Dry roast cumin and coriander seeds in a pan on low heat until aromatic (about 2–3 mins). Let them cool.

2. Grind to Powder 🌀

Grind the roasted seeds into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar-pestle.
