TN Govt extends lockdown till June 14th 2021 with some relaxations.

TN Announces two sets of Relaxations for 11 Hotspot Districts & Rest of Tamil Nadu

For 11 Districts – Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Karur, Namakkal, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam & Mayiladuthurai, following things allowed

– Standalone provision stores, groceries, meat/fish stalls from 6 am to 5 pm.
– Platform fruits, flowers and vegetables stalls allowed
– Only wholesale trade at fish markets.
– Abattoirs only for wholesale trade.
– 30% staff at Government offices.
– 50 tokens/day at Sub Registrar offices.
– 50% workers at matchbox factories.

For Rest of Tamil Nadu, Along with above mentioned relaxations for 11 districts following thing allowed additionally:

– Security agencies, housekeeping in apartments with e-registration
– Electricians, plumbers & motor technicians from 6 am to 5 pm.
– Electrical goods shops from 6 am to 5 pm.
– Automobile mechanic shops, hardware stores, automobile spares from 6 am to 5 pm
– Stationary and textbook shops from 6 am to 5 pm
– Taxi/auto with e-registration.
